The security of our platform and your data is a high priority. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to us confidentially before disclosing it publicly.

Report by email to: security@passenta.eu. Please describe the vulnerability clearly (affected area, steps to reproduce, potential impact).

Our commitment

We acknowledge your report promptly, investigate it, and keep you informed about the status of the fix.

We will not pursue legal action against people who research in good faith, preserve confidentiality, and do not access, alter or publish third-party data.

Please avoid

No tests that affect availability (e.g. (D)DoS), no access to other accounts/data beyond the minimum needed to demonstrate the issue, no disclosure of details before the fix.
