- What counts as an “active product”?
- A product model or SKU with a published passport. Archived products and older passport versions don't count — and of course remain accessible.
- Do QR scans or passport views cost extra?
- No. Scans and views of your passport pages are unlimited in every plan — we don't penalise success.
- What happens when I reach my product limit?
- Nothing bad: you'll see a notice and can upgrade at any time. Existing passports always stay online.
- Do my suppliers have to pay anything?
- No, never. Suppliers work free of charge via invitation links — without their own account.
- Can I cancel and take my data with me?
- Yes. Cancel monthly (on monthly billing) and export all your data in machine-readable form at any time — no lock-in.
